In the early years, Propensity Marketing’s success and growth resulted from the value we created for our customers through, IT Consultancy/Marketing Strategy, Data Analytics and the development of hosted applications –  CRM/Workflow, Marketing and Contact Centres.

Known for our solid IT & Telco pedigree, in 2005 Propensity was a participant in a project to deliver Australia’s first fully functional and carrier hosted, Voice/UC platform.  In 2005, this project preceded the general use of “cloud” as a term to describe a secure, multi-user, fully managed and web enabled technology.  The creation of this secure VoIP/UC “cloud”  was a joint collaboration between Telstra (Australia) and Siemens (Germany).  The underlying Voice and Unified Communications technology for the project was supplied by Siemens and resulted from a long collaboration between Siemens and Microsoft.

For the past 10 years, Propensity has continued to develop processes and applications that support Marketing programs, Customer Relationship Management and B2B Loyalty programs – using our own IP to create and host Applications,  IT-infrastructure, Voice over IP as  a managed service.

In 2013, Propensity Marketing expanded its relationship with NetPartnering, by providing the local NetPartnering team with access to Propensity’s technology and people. Late in 2015, the NetPartnering Group decided to spin-off operatiions in Australia and New Zealand, with the local team joining with Propensity in a new venture – Marketing Strategy Australasia (www.TheMSA.com).
